Default increase ocean

Hi Folks,

I guess that we should extend the work to the outsourcing of the sea in an
efficient way;
We may also consider that Before thinking about the ocean and its relationship with the sea remote
monitoring, it should be useful to deploy the fine tuning of the sea with
appropriate experience
