The second verse reads:

But as far as I know a diviner would be able to predict
the weather but wouldn't be able to change it.

So what is/are another/other word(s) of/totaling three
syllables for someone who does weather changing magic, that
could be substituted for diviner? Maybe "weatherwitch"?
