That's right. The date for southern Norway is April 15.
But there is also a general rule that one has to pick
the tyres for the road conditions. So the right choise

Well, to my defence I have to say I was first going to say that
it was a Cumulus in front of a more distant Cumulonimbus.
I thought it was something weird about it...

That's a Cumulonimbus cloud with an anvil top.
Look out for thunder, lightning - and torrential rain!

Might add that Geiranger (famous tourist spot), as shown on the
