Yes, we are very lucky, living 25 meters from the sea in Osborne Bay. Off grid and pretty wild in the winter!

Yes, this was designed by Prince Albert and built in 1885. Unfortunately, the cold air circulating behind the warm inner brick skin had condensation pouring down the walls and black mould everywhere....
