My perfect holiday venue Mike - the IOW. From the moment the ferry
leaves from Lymington I breathe a great sigh of joy. We've traversed
most of the island now either on bus car or Shanks's pony - or should
that be Shanklin's pony!! We had a friend who worked in the now defunct
Ship to shore radio station on the south coast - very sad to see that
wonderful equipment go to waste!

Hope you have a nice spot to live in.

Yes, we are very lucky, living 25 meters from the sea in Osborne Bay. Off grid and pretty wild in the winter!

Latest run seems to have the most cold peturbations I have seen this
winter, around the start of December.
