Off the top of my head, and I lived in Holland
for some years, I recall temperatures of 20C in
November and also mid-March. Amsterdam.

Alan, Amsterdam always is mild compared to other KNMI sites. The facts that
its situated in the coastal region, influenced by relatively warm sea, and
'city-effects', do not explain these higher temps completely. Let's say it
has its own micro-climate, making Amsterdam special.
