We expected it it from the independent channels ..but the Beeb
Well those independent channels were always a joke but the BBC weather
programme has become the Italia Conti school of all round entertainers. Helen Young writing childrens books, Louise Lear presenting make over programmes, Dan Corbet appearing in 'Jack and the Beanstalk' as the rear end of the cow with the main part of the cow being played by Carol Driftwood. Whatever next? Everton Fox in 'Guys & Dolls, Darren Betts 'Seven forecasters for seven outlooks' and possibly Philip Avery in La Cage aux Folles ? |
