Default Sea-level flow indices December and February

I've now added these ... they can be accessed directly,
typos permitting, at
www.climate-uk.com/indices/12.htm and
www.climate-uk.com/indices/02.htm

Interesting to note that the unprecedented surge of
westerliness in February from the late-1980s is still
close to its peak in 1995-2004, whereas December
has just about reached its lowest level of westerliness
in over 130 years.

The fluctuations on the December graphs, especially
the westerliness one, have a much less cyclical
character than those for January and February.
