As taken by the EastCam - that overexposed blob is the moon. Never did
quite get the hang of moons. Mars is very visible in the night sky too - but the webcam didn't pick that up. www.uksevereweather.org.uk select "weblog" Also will be on the Wallsend StormCam for the rest of the night as it's now stopped.
