The squirrels in my garden gritted the branches and their usual roots
earlier today.
You know ever since I saw that tiny satellite dish receiver being put up
outside their nest I thought "they're gonna believe all that hype on SSN
(Sky Squirrel News).

Another thing that has me thinking that Mother Nature Knows is the fact one
of my Ghost Carp started chopping wood!
Mind you he was over at the squirrels place the other night.

Yeah, but you went out into the garden and scrabbled around in the
ground to dig up and eat all their nuts to get you through the winter,
didn't you?

Hi Lawrence,

That's a fishy story, surely a Pike dream well whatever, in a few Dace time
some Plaices are gonna get it?

On the topic of Mother Nature, I have witnessed more birds at our feeders
and my sister even had a Treecreeper trying to get one of her nestboxes.
I've also seen 4 foxes in the last week or so on my trips out and about.

Here's to a bit of true winter

Cheers

Tony

No! Now stop, RIGHT NOW!

We've just been through a thread of this on uk.rec.cycling; I just
cannot stand all the same fish-puns all over again.

Please - have a thought for goodness sake!

Actually hasn't worked out too bad Will. I've got the keyboard at floor
level which is fine as I'm standing in one of those many holes I've dug for
myself over the seasons.

Sorry but I'm building up a store - just in case.
That way if I have them with French fries I can sorta cache my chips.
