Default [WR] Bewdley Snow and/or soft hail

Rather unexpected here! A very thin layer of what seems to be soft hail
first, then snow on top (from two separate showers), is lying on cars
(only). This must all have fallen between about 6pm and 9pm GMT, but I
don't know the exact times. The roads are wet, but now starting to
freeze - rather nasty. (Air temp around 1°C now.) However, the road by
the local shop (only about 10-15m lower than here) has no lying white
stuff at all on surrounding cars.

Bewdley, Worcs, ~90m asl.

Brief light snow shower around 2am GMT - I was out in this one, so I'm
sure it was snow! My road is treacherous to say the least - the first
hail/snow melted, then refroze, and now this new snow has frozen
without first melting. So we have sheet ice covered by a thin layer of
frozen snowflakes. Temp -1°C.

Default Bewdley Snow and/or soft hail

Was sleeting/snowing lightly on and off all night here in Shrewsbury,
from what's remained looks like there were some snow pellets mixed in
as well. Left a thin layer on cars and some pavements by daybreak.
