RMK: slight hoar frost deposits - hard surfaces icy in patches (where
not treated). Otherwise, a fine start to the day.=

0900 SW F1 4500 BR 1/CI COTRA T001D-002
RMK: There are probably two layers of cirrus: the reported layer is in
fact ex. condensation trail with 2 oktas of 'synoptic' cirrus above
that.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: -00.3 grass min: -02.4 precipitation: NIL [24hr total: 00.2
mm] ]=
