RMK: St~000/001: I think there is a distinction between the St and the
fog, but not easy to be sure. The wind 'puffs-up' to an occasional F2,
which may explain why the vis. is holding etc.=

screen min: 00.1 grass min: -01.6 precipitation: 0.1 [24hr total: 00.1
mm]
other data: 'precipitation' recorded a combination of heavy dewfall
yesterday evening and a period of dense/'wet' fog overnight. ]=
