Default [OT] Slight dent to xmas cheer

Taken from TWO

erm, I dont remember that one. Does Will come on here?

Occasionally when one of the kids on there tips him off that someone
has questioned his forecast...
---

Rather immature twaddle
How nice of him to insult many posters on here, in just one sentence

Spend one hour reading uk.sci.weather

Spend one hour reading TWO (especially their model discussion thread)

Draw own conclusions about who the 'kids' are

PS
Even in real life, it's bad practice to call them 'kids' - that insults
them
It's Children, or Young People

Yep and the continued sniping from members on this newsgroup aimed at
TWO, TWO moderators and TWO Members is nothing more or less childish,
but that won't stop you going on about TWO will it?

PS. It only takes a person with a bit of nonce to work out that the
comment was aimed at those that have a grudge against TWO for what ever
reason.

This is what really bugs me about TWO , they tell people and used to ban
people *cough*
for constantly quoting or going off topic, and what do they do?

Page after page of this , ive been looking at net-weather forums recently
and they are far superior and much cleaner , so mods either do your job or
bugger off!

So how about leaving USW as a TWO-free zone then? No constant posting
about how "X says this", and "Y said that" on TWO, just leave them to
it. If you don't like what they're doing or saying, stay away from
there, Nobody forces you to read TWO. Please don't bore the rest of us
with the sheer puerility of it. Pure and simple, it's like kids in a
playground. This is uk.sci.weather, not
uk.moan.about.TWO.and.post.every.two.seconds.to.ge t attention .

I'm not, and never have been, a reader of TWO. If I'd wanted to hear
what was being said on there, or to find out about their attitudes etc.,
I'm sure I would have joined that forum or read it of my own volition.

Just my two penn'orth.

I seem to be the only person who does not know what TWO is. I did a
Jeeves search and nothing came up. But it does not sound like my thing
from what you say. Besides, quite happy here and the waterways forum.

I too get irritated by the posts about TWO.
