Default [WR] Cold Night in Bolton

-7.0C here in Bolton, a record low for me.
There is slush in my milk bottles, it's been a while since I've seen that!

That's not slush Col, that's ice floes ;-)

Currently -5c. Was freezing fog, until about half a hour ago, lifted
into freezing mist, with slight fine snow. Most objects outside covered
in hard thick frost.

Aaargh - I seem to be almost the only person whom the really cold
temperatures have passed by.

-3.1 on Wed was the lowest I managed.

OK, we had a bit of snow last evening, but hardly the ice-age the BBC
would have you expecting, and it didn't last long.

No you weren't the only one. Similar in Wembley area. One big brief snow
shower (1/2cm that didn't last) and temps not spectacularly cold by night.
Although 0C by day (as on Thursday) is unuaually cold.
