A thin, very slushy covering on the garden. Roads and pavements wet. Pressure fall of 4.2 mb in past 3 hours. 24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900z): 2.2 at 0510z Max (0900-2100z): -1.4 at 1440z Min (0900-0900z): -2.6 at 1850z Grass min (1500-0900z): -4.1 Rain (0900-0900z): 3.2 mm Norman.
