Default [WR] Exe Valley Warmth

What a contrast to yesterday. After the cold and rain of yesterday, the
temperatures have steadily climbed for over 24 hours, peaking today at
12.2C, with some pleasant sunshine this afternoon after a rainy morning.

Currently @ 15:45, 10.0C, RH 87%, DP 8.0C, 994 mb (S), Wind W 10.0 mph
Gusting 18 mph, Rain Last 24 hrs 16.0 mm.
