Warm air seems to have won for the moment, but theres lots of FZRA with
temps well below zero in W Poland, and with the fronts reversing tomorrow, some places will have had a serious ice storm by then. http://www.layton.me.uk/2018eu.gif Phil |

German TV news this evening showed pictures of accidents on icy roads in north and east Germany. In the state of Saxony-Anhalt west of Berlin some schools were closed because of severe glazed icing. German TV weather forecast said Monday is likely to be the coldest day in Germany with day temperatures generally below freezing.
