Low cloud covers the north of Scotland and stretches down the western part
of the North Sea and across to the far north of the Netherlands and further
eastwards. Rather cloudy along much of the east coast of England and in
parts of NE England and the east Midlands. Mostly sunny in the rest of the
British Isles and over the Low Countries.
