Default Weird temp/hum readings

Dear all,

I've received this query via my weather station website. To be honest, I'm
not sure how to answer it, so hoping someone knowledgeable on here might be
able to help!

"I have a problem with my Temperature Sensor giving very weird readings
(Humidity of 20% when its obviously higher, etc), despite having a "tin foil
cap". I notice you have a solar powered fan but I can't see from your
picture what this does, would it help my problem?"

The solar powered fan they're referring to is shown he

I added this to improve air flow, particularly in relation to temp readings.

Can someone advise me what would affect the low humidity readings, so I can
reply to the e-mail??

Many thanks!

Paul
