Comments.
A slightly elevated mean min. but a 'normal' January in terms of
temperature.
Precipitation was the lowest I have recorded for any month so far (July
2004 = 28.25mm) and well below what might be expected for January.

Only two frosts (30, 31) recorded, and no wintry precipitation.
