Yes. I have posted several times on this, as has Harold Brooks: look at
the changing isotope ratios in atmospheric carbon over time. The balance
is shifting towards the ratios held in fossil fuel, and away from the ratios
held in the "free atmosphere," as measured from ice cores.

Only one factor is releasing fossil carbon to do this: man.

The ratios have changed by the amount estimated to have been released.

Although I can see the correlation with the Keeling curve showing
increased CO2 in the atmosphere, the link isn't necessarily causal, is
it?

You don't say which link, so I assume you mean the link with rising global
temperatures. The answer is: Yes. Its basic physics, but perhaps not at
school level.
