Temp 0.4 deg C Dewpoint -1 deg C Wind NE brrr 6 knots Will. Will, You do not mention tomorrow Thursday 23rd Feb. A deepening low expected to move southwest across southern UK into Biscay by Friday. Also the continent and southern Norway have cooled by 1C at the surface. This explains several forecast charts over the last three days. ECMWF continues to show significant precipitation over the south of UK, especially southern England. Combined with this downward penetration and a little dynamic cooling, an 850 temperature of MS 5C it has me interested and the forecasts I have pushed out tonight reflect a degree of uncertainty in my mind.
