Yes just come back from Hay Tor summit (450m asl) (didn't send the wife out this
time!) and I can report conditions as follows:
Below 350 m - isol patches snow
400m asl - 1-2 cm wettish snow
450m asl 3cm snow

Sledgeable at the top for about 150m or so distance down to the 400m asl
altitude. Kids have made some big snowballs at the top. Obvious wind scouring
too. Couldn't see the higher parts of Dartmoor as it is foggy and still snowing.
Temperature close to freezing at the summit and 0.7 deg C at home. Road is wet
and no problems.

Day max 1.1 deg C
Dewpoint 0 deg C.
Continuous light snow all day, occasionally heavier judging by webcam, but early
cover soon thawed.

If it continues to snow it could be a good sledging weekend on Dartmoor's very
own piste :-)
