The snow very slight. 0900z NE F2-3 4000 -SHSN 6Cu012 7Sc030 00.3/-03.3 1019 RMK: Frequent showers of slight snow and "snizzle" since 0630z. Precipitating for about 80 percent of the time. A dusting on cars and grass. Untreated roads and pavements wet. 24-HR STATISTICS: Max (0900-0900z): 2.6 at 1835z Min (0900-0900z): 0.1 at 0840z Grass min (1500-0900z): -2.8 Rain (0900-0900z): 3.5 mm Norman.
