Default Oh Dear, oh dear, oh dear

Helen Willetts on News24 a few minutes ago:

"We have been blasted by Siberian winds over the weekend".

"In the south we are still under the influence of these Siberian winds"

I despair ............... :-(

Is this her own hype or is she just a mouthpiece for someone else's
hype?

=========================================

Helen Willets has always been susceptible to the cold, when she does a
outside broadcast in
temps below 7c she always looks freezing, shivering away
like a character from the film doctor zhivago.
Carol Kirkwood is the girl for cold weather, she can do weather forecasts in
snow storms and not moan, if she starts looking very cold then you know its
nasty outside.

It's useful that they have female presenters, because you can always
tell how cold it really is from the nippleometer.

Come on, Norman, ALL northeasterly winds come directly, and
with venom, from Siberia. Take cover!
More seriously, I doubt if say Peter Gibbs would have
embellished his forecast with such nonsense but these girlies know
nothing and talk as if presenting Play School.

Naw that only shows that they have gone out dressed only in thin
lightweight clothing. Not for the conditions that could be expected,
that's how people die...

I didn't say anything, but a couple of days ago I heard that blonde Lousie
bimbo mention a change from Siberian winds to Arctic winds coming up... dear

I have to agree with you there, having spent 2 months with her on the AFC,
I'm very surprised.
