1300 NNW F3 60km - 1/CU T052D-049
RMK: Cu~035, also 2 Sc~060: stunning visibility - might be even more
than indicated. A superb day - wind ocnl F4, but properly dressed, the
morning walk was a joy for the last (climatological) day of winter.=

Several Cbs around this afternoon. Also impressive mamma at about 1600Z. A
few flakes of snow at 1720Z.

other data: Apart from recent moderate shower, a benign day with only a
few snow flakes this afternoon; some dampness on surfaces now which will
turn icy soon.]=
