[WR] Mid Wales Snow - chucking it down
09:30. Chucking it down with snow, ground turning white suddenly.
Air temperature +1.2 and falling. Overnight minimum -1.5 at 7:20, reached 1.4 just before snow. Wind just picked up too - current reading 10.5 mph.
