Your mean Max is only +0.4 of my ELTA for February, so yes a cold month.
You don't quote any snowfall? Did you have any days with snow falling in
February?

Hi Will,

My station is not manned sufficiently to give an accurate answer to your
question, my wife resists training ;-) but I would estimate 3 days of snow
falling, 1 day snow lying (for approx 6 hours)
