RMK: [CAVOK]; wind all over the place, but settling around a northerly
point - ocnl F3, but also periods of near-calm. As to distant SE, with
dense Ci overhead, but sun starting to shine quite strongly now. Very
light hoar deposit on grass & cars.

RMK: With such dry low-level air, the cloud rapidly dispersing (quite a
bit of residual Cu about up to 17Z) and the wind dropping away, another
sharp frost to come!
