Temperature 4.6°C rising from a low of 3.6°C at 04:45. Dew point 4.6°C RH 100% Wind 1 mph, gusting to 4 mph, N. Max gust 8 mph, N, at 00:15. Barometer 993.4 mb, steady. Precipitation since midnight 2.0 mm. Total precipitation this month 16.6mm.
