Very similar to yesterday without the lying snow. Drizzly, (the sort that doesn't look much but instantly soaks), misty (visibility c.3km) and overcast. At 09:30:- 8/8 Ns, base c.100 metres. Temperature 4.6°C rising from a low of 3.6°C at 04:45. Dew point 4.6°C RH 100% Wind 1 mph, gusting to 4 mph, N. Max gust 8 mph, N, at 00:15. Barometer 993.4 mb, steady. Precipitation since midnight 2.0 mm. Total precipitation this month 16.6mm. Total precipitation this year 262.4mm. -- Alan White Twenty-eight miles NW of Glasgow, overlooking Lochs Long and Goil in Argyll, Scotland.
