RMK: Cu(hum)~018/020, Sc(thin/decent breaks)~040 - no much above with
brief shafts of sunshine at the moment.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 03.5 grass min: 01.7 precipitation: tr [24hr total: tr mm]
other data: A bright, but chilly start to the day. ]=

RMK: Sc bases (~020 & 045) have steadily risen past few hours as drier
air advected in from the NNE. Extensive Cirrus above~220/250.
[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 05.4 precipitation: tr
other data: A couple of very light showers this afternoon - not enough
to wet the ground or accumulate in gauge. Otherwise, a quiet day of BKN
CUSC ]=
