Default Haytor 11/3/06 (Sleet)

Continuous rain
In terms of how much of the country needs to be seeing continuous heavy
snow for it to be considered a main countrywide snow event, i would
think at least 80 percent or more
On the latest forecast, with Peter Gibs, just take the snapshot from
3pm Sunday afternoon, although quite widespread snow is possible for a
time, by 3pm Sunday, the white shaded area has considerably shrunk,
which indicates some fizzling out, and possibly some of that snow, will
turn back to sleet.
It wasn't even 50 percent of the country under the white shaded areas

No precip at all making it over to the south-east.
I figured it would just be cold enough for sleet / snow over the moors
in SW

Continuous sleet. Temp 2.6 deg C.
