Rob I don't know the set-up for the wind recorder at York Uni. I often feel that the values are too low compared with neighbouring RAF stations (ie Linton-on-Ouse with a max of 71KT - 81.7 MPH at 0800Z) even allowing for the general environment. Their pressure values are suspect too. John |

East Midlands reported a gust of 64KT on that day but we were in the "Sting Jet" region. Joe |
