Hi all,

What a night!!!

I can believe it when they said Leeming had a gust of 85mph!!.

The cul-a-sac I live in looks like a bomb site- just full of tiles and
fences,etc.
We have lost about 5 tiles and further down the site tiles have gone
through car windscreens and conservatories. And the lead covering on some
peoples bay windows have peeled off like opening a car.

Not to mention the flooding of the Ure and tress blocking roads.

I will not be going out today.

And now the temperature is down to 2.5 form 6 when I first got up this
morning and it has just started to sleet here.

So I am just about to go outside and start clearing the broken tiles in the
road.
