I don't think that it feels too cold outside. The DP is not that low,
neither is the RH, so really not too bad. We are probably experiencing a
good low level fetch off Lyme Bay which is slightly 'improving' the boundary
level profile. I doubt I would be saying that if we were having these
conditions in November!
