Default SYNOP decode

Wonder if anyone can help me out with this SYNOP

03590 32582 13310 10127 20087 30087 40197 56003 81180 90550 333
20111 30009 55081 55306 20201 81825=

Exactly how many hours of sunshine is this? I thought the 55*** block
provided the past 24 hours sunshine in blocks of 1/10th of an hour? This is
taken from the 06z SYNOP.
