The cold front passed through about 3.30 pm, and it was most
spectacular, and sudden. The rain went from torrential downpour to nothing in seconds (indeed I could see the rain passing away in the east as the remnants of the sun came out in the west). And immediately the rain stopped the gale started. Reminds me why I like the weather so much. Although I'm not that keen on very severe gales. There are few things more annoying than being at your computer by candlelight ... Trevor http://www.personal.dundee.ac.uk/~ta...ritweather.htm |
