RMK: A bit strange. Stars are shining very brightly but horizontal
visibility is noticeably reduced despite RH of 82 percent.
There's a strong smell of wood smoke in the air. Don't know
if it is local or being blown in from a larger and more
distant
fire.
Max (0900-2100): 9.0 at 1425z
Rain (0900-2100): Nil
