Default Global dim ""disasters are us"

This latest Global Dimming 'end of the world scenario' Horizon programme
has me confused. How is this all going to fit in with the previous Horizon
dire prediction a new Ice Age? This documentory was broadcast November
2003 ; has that scenario now changed?
