Chilly inside! Dont think its ever dropped below .. no just checked, minmum inside is 19.6°C!! Save on heating costs though I guess LOL "Joe Egginton" wrote in message ... Yes indeed my heating bills are low compared to some folk. I see no point in
overheating a house. If it gets chilly we put on jerseys which are fine as our house is not draughty. If it gets cold (and I mean *cold*, ie like nothing we have had so far this winter) we will keep a log fire going all day to supplement the central heating. The worse weather is wind, the coldest I have felt was one day last winter when the wind was force 7 and the outside air temperature was hovering around +1 deg C, the house seemed to lose heat very fast. To date this winter has been so mild that the heating has only needed to be on for 6 hours a day to maintain a temperature in the comfortable range of 16-19 deg C !
