IMHO, The Forum is out of control, full of over enthusiastic, mostly young
guys and gals.
Still, some people like that, and good luck to them, but I don't think the
actual weather content\discussion is that great.

I would hardly call these two men "young" in the negative, almost

Not always, but it's what did in Codge, BritJames (Codge handle), will
do in "Melanie" (Codge handle), and anyone else who was going about the
mild weather, both genuine user and troll.:-)

Then again, the admin "Matty H" is a notorious mild-lover, and Canada's
BritBob self-professed favourite season it the "spring"time. Yuk. These
are indeed anomalies to your claim.

I am often tempted to respond as you did when threads like this start
to irritate me, as this one did. I've never visited any private
weather board and the ease with which these threads seem to degenerate

Hi, I am Dan Duncan. Sorry to bring this back to the top as threads
like these arn't nice. I may be young in your eyes Damien you can't
hold that against me, wasn't everyone? You have to start somewhere and
I intend to work in the weather industry when I am older. Not everyone
is irrational and snow loving on TWO, I think it would be unfair to put
over 1000 and many more people into one bracket. My main interest is
storms and hurricanes for that matter.
I do have respect and time for everyone, as long as it's returned...it
works both ways
We are all here for the weather and not silly arguments about different
forums. I think some people forget this and this is the last post I
will type that isn't weather related.
PS just incase you were wondering I am actually not 2 years old and
thanks for my promotion to senior administrator ;-)
