Unable to break the 11.5C barrier in Romsey this month,
attaining that value on Fri 24th (and also on Wed 8th), so
way off the bottom of your list. Thanks to the low cloud,
rain and drizzle, together with the southerly breeze off the
cold English Channel for the second day in a row, todays
max was similarly suppressed at 11.4C (so far that is, as
it's holding at 11.0C out there in the dark).
