I looked up a number of groups, including one which is almost dead and
found that the 'Today's rating' and 'All-time rating' were the same number
for each group. So just randomly generated I guess.

And what do we need official 'ratings' for anyway?
If the group is good, then they will come. Or rather *stay*.
