For the first four months of this year (120 days) total rainfall is 106 mm.
I have recorded precipitation of 1mm 37 times. On 33 occasions there was 5mm or less. Only 3 times was there 6mm-10mm. Only once was there more than 10mm (14mm on April 9th) and there were no occasions with more than 15mm. Values are for 24 hr period midnight to midnight.(non std , I know) Location is Laindon, S.Essex which is approx 5 miles North of the Thames Estuary and has 350ft hills between. (Yes, that is a hill in Essex!) Dave |
