The airport has been closed until 2330Z earliest. I understand New York
airports are operating at 50% capacity max with single runway operations.

Default Boston (Was Nuuk Greenland)

After the blizzard, they forecast even more biting wind chill:

http://weather.boston.com/ says in NWS forecast for Boston
"Monday: Partly cloudy and brisk. Highs in the mid 20s. west Winds 15 to
25 mph. Wind chill readings as low as 15 below in the morning."

I assume you can translate that to ... The Other Units (lacking a PC
term for those).

Ahh. Thanks, Joe. Must admit I did suspect that was probably the case.

"Brisk" seems a bit of an understatement. One might almost call it
bitter.

Hmmm... -15°F is -26°C - if I mention figures like that to my Canadian
friend he'll probably start going on about subtropical conditions! I'm
told the windchill was -56 (Celsius) in Winnipeg a week or so ago (-40
with a 20km/h wind). It's only -8 (pre-windchill) now, though... "at
least it will be mild"!
