[ DAYTIME DATA (09Z - 18Z):
screen max: 14.1 precipitation: 2.6
other data: Total PPN for the month now up to 63.5mm, or 109% of eLTA -
perhaps of more significance is that the 12 month anomaly has now
climbed to 91%, as high as it was in December 2004. ]=

12 month anomaly in Penzance now up to 95% of 1971-2000 LTA, compared
to 84% at the end of last August.
