Monthly total rainfall now stands at 75.4mm (to 2155Z) and still
raining. That's some 30.2mm more than (or 166% of) the 1971-2000 eLTA for the area. That makes May 2006 the wettest month since I started recording back in September 2004, beating the previous highest monthly total of 73.4mm in October 2004 and 62.2mm in October 2005. And still 7 days of the month left! -- Jonathan Stott Canterbury Weather: http://www.canterburyweather.co.uk/ Reverse my e-mail address to reply by e-mail |
