Well-broken convective cloud over most of Britain with a clear band along
the east coast. High cloud over Scotland and frontal cloud in the Channel
and over central southern England. Broken cloud over the NW of the
Netherlands but quite sunny in the south and east. High cloud associated
with the front near the Channel covers much of Belgium.
