Tuesday, 30 May 2006
BRACKNELL (TAWFIELD)
0900 NNW F3 45km - 1/CU 3/SC T121D066
RMK: 1Cu hum/developing med~018/020 (dark, high-density droplet bases),
3Sc~060. Clear above. Rapid development of Cu so we might get a sneaky
shower given how cold the air is.
[ OVERNIGHT DATA (18Z - 09Z):
screen min: 04.9 grass min: 03.3 precipitation: 0.1 [24hr total: 03.6
mm]
other data: -SHRA last evening, early, hence 0.1mm recorded. The
overnight minimum (air) here last night wasn't particularly remarkable;
in our short record (since 2000), we have had 2 other Mays with lower
minima within the last third of the month, and in 2001, the temperature
fell to 2.6°C on the morning of the 9th of June! ]=
